The winter weather having arrived somewhat early, our monthly gatherings have shifted to indoors on Friday evenings. The May meeting was held at our Presidents Chris and Debra’s new North Melbourne pad. The record turnout was blown away at the vast dimensions of the absolute ultimate in mens sheds downstairs and the beautifully appointed home upstairs.
Highlight of the evening was a presentation by our resident Morgan guru Peter, ably supported by that noted Morgan demolisher Phil who doubled as an easel and the Morgan dealer of the decade Chris. I think the subject was “The Care and Feeding of Morgans for Fun and Profit.”
In response to a request from Malcolm, planning is now underway for short presentation on what actually works well on a Morgan
Still lots of very valuable information was disseminated and I for one went away knowing the location of two new greasing points I had not previously suspected existed.
